Sassy Wines is a family owned and operated business producing elegant cool climate wine. At an altitude of 900 metres this single vineyard produces slow ripening grapes of flavour and elegant wines.
At Sassy Wines they aim to produce excellent quality single vineyard wines. Production is small at 100 dozen of each vintage depending on the season.
