In keeping with the newly planned Permaculture Educational Centre, the menu is built on a paddock to plate ethos, with everything sustainably grown fresh on site and celebrated in classic house-made, hearty dishes. As well as a spread of home-made cakes and slices to take home, guests can choose from a variety of gourmet sandwiches, salads and burgers, such as the Portuguese chicken burger or the crispy tempura fish fillet burger, both served with beer battered fries. Bissys also boasts a range of hampers and offers catering services.
