Beach to Reach 2020 is a Touring Food Event in Outback Queensland with Celebrity Chef Matt Sinclair!
Starting in Rainbow Beach, people travelling in mainly caravans will meet for a Matt Sinclair 400 seat dinner party with 100 locals! There will be bands, prizes, competitions on the evenings with MC and entertainment.
Two days later the 300 people arrive at Roma for a 400 seat dinner with Roma district locals, for a similar but different evening, bringing fine dining to the outback and mixing tourists with local characters.
Next stop another two days later you'll meet in Charleville and catch up with another 100 locals. Each night has a theme and will have different menus.
“Beach to Reach” meets then in Longreach for a final formal night inside the Iconic Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame. It is here that the travelling caravan of culinary cuisine meets 100 locals from the region for the final of their Matt Sinclair dinner parties. By this time the characters will have emerged and new friendships will have been formed.
