Barbecue and Smokin’ Meats Festival featuring local produce, musicians, craft brewers, distillers and winemakers.
The event will be held at Melrose Park, Melrose Road, a heritage property with great views and which hosts deer, sheep, goats and cattle, and is just over ten minutes from Mudgee. The next event is in June 2021
The inaugural event was held in 2019 and attracted 1650 people. 2020 was not held due to the Corona Virus.The next event will plan to attract 1,500 -2,000 people. The event will run on a Saturday afternoon/evening on the first Saturday in June and, in addition to the activities mentioned will also have fire pits, decorative lighting and additional features to make the outdoor/indoor event look attractive and inviting. It will be a ticketed event with stalls selling their product(s) and retaining all revenue.
