My usual pizza shop was closed on Monday so having committed the family to pizza I stopped by the Pizza Bar and thought I would try it ...
The dough was beautifully soft and light, the toppings generous to the flipped up edge (I assume to contain the toppings) and the pizzas were not overloaded with garlic and salt. The 'gourmet' pizza I bought (Antipasto) was all fresh ingredients even if less generously loaded and was really tasty. The general consensus was 'good pizzas!' and I think we just might have found our new pizza place!
