Remedial Massage - for the purpose of improving movement and reducing muscle restrictions. Helps posture and mobility.
Relaxation Massage - as it is named, so it is. Relaxation massage is purely for the relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. It will also help with anxiety, depression, concentration and sleep.
Lymphatic Drainage - excellent for Sinus problems, headaches, anxiety, sleep.
Pregnancy Massage - helps improve circulation, relaxation for both mother and unborn child, reduces fluid retention, increases breathing capability.
Hand/Foot Massage - pure luxury.
