The Sorby Adams vineyards are located in the Barossa's cooler Eden Valley sub-region. The low-yielding vines are farmed organically and great care is taken to ensure that the pristine fruit is in the best condition possible every vintage. The Sorby Adams Wineroom and Pantry has an extensive provedore range featuring gourmet pantry goods from Peter Watson and Saskia Beer.
