Owner and ex-footballer turned vigneron, Peter Mortimer, will likely be the one to take you through a tasting at the charming Old March Schoolhouse. Courtyard in summer and warm fires in winter makes the tasting with your friends cosy and relaxed.
There are nine varieties of wines for you to taste in the original old Schoolhouse cellar door. Cheese platters and 'real coffee' are on offer as well. A lovely garden courtyard welcomes you in summer, whilst two fireplaces will bring warmth to your tasting in winter. If you are staying in the Barrel Hall Canopy Loft or Studio, then it is a short walk through the trees to the cellar door where you can really relax without a drive home.
